Saved Search possible?

Hi All,
How possible to build this saved search?
customers' 10-day overdue invoices; but if a customer is found to have at least 1 10-day overdue invoice besides other overdue & open invoices, the saved search also lists all these invoices of this customer.
In other words, list any open invoices of any customers that have at least 1 10-day overdue Invoice.
