transaction line items

For the same item, it is creating 2 more line IDs.   w/ zero amounts and negative quantity.

I was wondering if you ever had something happen like this before.  I think it is related with the tax column field.
It’s really so much harder for me to come up with a line item report.

main line is line ID 0
so first item is on line ID 1
the next item is on line ID 4
