Summary search for quantity of items on next inbound PO
Hi,
I want to create a custom field on the item card that shows the quantity of that item that is due to arrive on the next inbound PO. I don't want to show the total quantity due in across all the PO's that are open, just the next available quantity. I realize that this info is accessible by looking at related records>open PO's, but it's not obvious enough for quick reference for our sales reps, and I want to put this number in an obvious place.
I think I need a criteria summary: MIN for the date of arrival of the PO, and then sum the results on quantity, but I'm not sure how to achieve this.
