Global Search Question

Is it possible to do a global search for transactions by customer name?  For example, I thought that I could search for all estimates created for the customer called Acme by typing:  est:Acme.  However my result only shows 1 when there are actually 15.  I cannot tell what is causing the 1 to be included and the other 14 to be excluded.  Any thoughts?
