Shipping Transaction Saved Search

I have a saved search that analyzes our shipping costs. It compares Published Shipping Costs, Fulfillment Shipping Costs and Actual Shipping Costs. This helps us gain valuable insight into our shipping cost surplus or deficit per Customer.

The search works great with the exception of one glaring weakness: Drop Ships. Because Drop Ships are not fulfilled the Shipping Costs are blank on my search. We track our Drop Ship Shipping Costs on the expense tab of the Vendor Bill. I am hoping someone can offer a suggestion as to how I can populate these Drop Ship freight costs from the Vendor Bill into my search. Thanking you in advance.
