Transactions | Sale | Fulfill Orders - Customize Button

My understanding is that this "page" or "list" or whatever you want to call it cannot be customized through scripting or fed by saved searches.

But, we'd still like to do some sort of filtering to group orders by "characteristics" and then do Mark All and Submit for that batch of similar orders.

Question 1 - When I use the customize button, what is the audience effected?  Just my login?  Just my Login on a specific PC? My Role?
Question 2 - Depending on Answer #1, can I "publish"/share the customized view? Make it the default? etc.

Question 3 - Can I include custom fields?  How do I make them available to this "page" / "list"?
