Formula to determine if contact's company reported case related to issue?
I have a custom record type that stores:
* Date
* Contact
* Issue
I've built a saved search on this record, but I've been asked to a column and I'm not sure how to do it.
I need the column to reflect (as a BOOLEAN) if the ISSUE in question is related to any CASES that this contact's company submitted.
As I can only join to other record types 1 level deep I don't have access to the CASE record in this search.
Can this be accomplished with some sort of FORMULA(TEXT) field in the results?
Any advice appreciated,
Greg
