Summary Criteria of Saved Search, Result of formula(text) is - Mine -

I'm trying to create a saved search that will be used as a dashboard search. The fields I'm interested in are on a custom "Aging" tab for certain items. "Assigned To" is a field assigning a record to a user and "Date Created" is the date the record was created. In order to maintain visibility, items may have multiple entries in the "Aging" tab.

I want each user to see only the items which they are assigned to, but only if they're assigned in the most recent record. In this way, users could pass the assignment to another user by creating a new record and assigning it to a different user.
