Creating a Global Variable for Use in Saved Searches
Hi gang,
I don't know if this is possible, but I want to define a global variable (e.g. cost) that can be used in any saved search. The value for the variable would be defined in a single place (e.g. cost = $500) in NetSuite...maybe a custom record called "Global Variables"?
Then, I want to be able to pull the variable into a saved search to be used in a formula like:
sum(case when {type} = 'Invoice' then {cost} else 0 end)
Does anyone know if this is possible?
Thanks,
-Chris
