From address must be of the form "Name" <Email address>??

This message popped up in the Email TAB> Customized Message saying

"From address must be of the form "Name" <Email address>"

I reckon this is saying my email field must be in the form of
"Name" <Email@ address.com> 

Why doesn't it work?
