Search to display items not sold to customers from past 90 days
I was trying to create a saved search for items that were not sold to customer from past 90 days, I've followed the below approach, but the problem when i add filter "Customer Name" results were not throwing up.
Follow these steps to create a search that shows the last sale date for items:
1. Reports > Saved Searches > All Saved Searches > New. Select Item.
2. In the Criteria tab add a Filter for Transaction : Type (Transaction Fields... > Type) = Sales Order and - None -
3. In the Results tab add the Name and set Summary Type to Group
4. In the Results tab add the Transaction : Date field (Transaction Fields... > Date) and set Summary Type to Maximum
