How to show unique transactions with multiple user notes

I've got a saved search that reports transactions that meet a certain criteria. One of the results columns shows the user notes on the transaction, which causes the transaction to show up multiple times in the search results, which is skewing numbers for my management.  Is there a way to show multiple entries of a result for each unique record returned?
