Search Email Alert when Customer is changed not sending
I am trying to create an Email Alert based on a Custom Record that sends the email when a field gets updated to a certain value. The field is of type List/Record and it link to the Customer. Do I enter the Updated Field of the internal ID of the customer? Or do I enter the Customer Name (with or without the External Customer ID in front of it)? If I look at the Custom Record, the field that is linked to the Customer is displayed like "C-11613 10-NBSI - Student Transportation". I have tried every combination I can think of, but the email never gets sent.
