Formula for "Last Business Day"?

Hello, ive got a Custom Record saved search that shows results from "Yesterday". We are a regular Mon-Fri business closed on weekends. The search works great Tue-Fri, but on Monday its looking at Sunday (when no business is done) therefore showing no results. There is no "Last Business Day" option, so im trying to figure out how to correctly do this. Any thoughts? Thanks in advance!
