Formula to calculate amount of time between two fields during business hours

Does anyone have a formula that I could use as a template to calculate the amount of time that has elapsed between two date fields but only during normal business hours? I saw the KB articles but I don't believe I can use those since they aren't exactly what I am looking for. Ultimately, I am trying to calculate the amount of time that it took from the moment an order is picked until it is packed.
