Inline Editing in Vendor Center

Hi, I have a custom record and I have made it available as a list view in the Vendor Center.  Inline Editing is enabled for the custom record yet is not available in the Vendor Center.  My hunch is that it's not possible to use Inline Editing in the Vendor Center.  Can someone please confirm this please?  Thanks!
