Saved Search Formula Help - Vendor Bill Variance

I am trying to create a saved search that will show Vendor Bill Variance. We are in the process of creating Variance accounts but in the meantime I need to pull a search. I want to create a formula that will show this variance between the PO and the vendor bill.  I have not had any luck so any help is appreciated.
