Case when Like & Contains Formula - Advise

Hi,

I asked this back in 2012/13 but due to the forum update I can't find the answer to this formula.

Please can someone advise me how I can write these 2 formulas?

I am trying to find the word electronic from description and mark them as True, so then I can distinguish out of 150 products which are electronic and which are not.
