Transaction saved search email alert not sending email
Please help me find what I'm doing wrong. I created transaction saved search email alert that successfully sent alerts when scheduled daily. But when I changed it to send alert when records are created/update, there was no email received (even in junk folder). Here are the details:
Criteria (Standard):
Type is any of Credit Memo, Invoice
Main Line is false
Date is within this year
Item : Business Unit is not - unassigned -
Results:
Last Modified (Group)
Customer/Project: Name (Group)
Type (Group)
Number (Group)
Date (Group)
Item : Business Unit (Group)
Audience:
Roles = Full Access
Email:
[checked] Send email alerts when records are created/updated
