Saved search as a tab on a case
I am looking at adding a saved search into my case forms so that when a customer calls in for a support question, when the technician enters the serial number into the field, on a tab in the case a saved search can pull up the entire service history for that specific serial number without having to have the technician run the saved search outside of the case. I believe this can be done as we have something similar on our customer records that record the serial numbers that a customer has purchased but I did not create that and
