Set "From" in Scheduled email alert based on record FieldID
I have a transaction search that feeds email search results (single record) into our Customer Service ticketing system (Zendesk). This allows agents to handle a certain task as if it was a ticket.
I'd like to be able to set the "From" email address to the email field of a transaction record. Netsuite indicates this is possible in the instruction text on the customize Message subtab of the saved search (instructions pasted below):
