While loop in Saved Search Formula field

Is it possible to implement while loop in a Formula date field? Basically I need a column to display the date based on a formula with while loop.

The date should add 30 days to trandate if the recurring type is monthly and 365 days to trandate if the recurring type is yearly; days has to be added until the result is a future date.
Is this doable with formula field?
