How can I exclude all KPI Saved Searches from the Global Search?

I want to exclude all Saved Searches that start with "KPI" in their name from Global Search results. However, I still need to allow the client to see the results of all of these KPI Saved Searches in their dashboard. I don't want them to display in the Global Search results though, since it is cluttering their Global Search . I cannot use the Permissions tab since they still need these available in their dashboard. Is there a setting for global searches that would exclude these? Or a workaround?
