Need Help to display all items within multiple Site Categories

Hi,
I've struggling and have been for quite a while. I've search everywhere and can't find an answer. The oldest post I've seen is like 3 years ago.


What I need - To show me all items within multiple Site Categories

Why - Creating Promotions and want to offer discount on Shoes for example but there's Boots, Heels, Sneakers, Sandals etc and right now I've been doing this manually by adding a Custom Box on loads of products.


I'm not good at scripting or know how to or even where to begin.



Even if I can get a list of products from within these categories I can then do a CSV Export and then do another Import and check those items but instead of doing it manually I can do 100 in one go. The other way I was thinking was I can enter the Internal IDs of those categories I need and it will show me all Live products within those categories.
