Please the results from multiple searches in an email

All,

   I would like to display the results of 3 separate searches in one email template. These searches are based on a count of cases (custom records) closed/pending/new per day/weekly. Is there any method at all for displaying the results of these searches in one email template? I'm sure this is much easier said than done haha. Thanks for any information.
