Customer Records clickable links
I have two custom record, a parent and sub record. The sub record has a List/Record type field that links to the parent record. When I view the sub record the parent record shows up as clickable hyperlink but when I do a saved search it is just text. Is there anyway to get that to be a hyperlink in a saved search? Do I need to so some formula column? Shouldnt it be clickable by default?
I find it weird also that the sub record has a field that links to a PO, it shows up as a clickable hyperlink on the form and in searches.
