Some Entities Being Omitted From "Transaction Name" Filter

As of the last update, we have an issue where the filter for "Name" in the transactions table is not showing every entity. It shows some customers, and some vendors, but excludes others for reasons I cannot figure out. There is nothing special about these entities compared to others that show.

If I hardcode the name as a filter within the search, then it works as long as it's only one entity. If I try to hardcode multiple entities, then it shows them in the web view, but will omit them from the download. Interestingly, if I remove the filter from the "Available Filters" tab, it will download the full detail including the entities that it omitted before. So the issue appears to be entirely with the filter drop down itself and how it interacts with the search.
