Can it be done -- View customer transactions via sublist on contact record
One thing our sales reps would like is a subtab on contact records where they can view transactions made by the company the contact works at. It would be an easier alternative to opening the both the contact and customer record. I tried to create a sublist but I'm pretty sure the search is automatically filtered based on record being viewed/edited. Since we don't add contact records to transaction records, does this mean it's not possible using standard (non-custom) records?
