Summed Results showing incorrect - Really messed up for something so simple!

Hello,

I've scratched my head now for several hours and two days. I can't seem to find the cause of this. I've tried to troubleshoot this so many different ways. My Criteria and Results are attached (See attached 'Old Results'), as I wanted to bring in Cost Price, Selling Price & Category.


TL;DR -
Shows me incorrect amount even though my formula is correct. Drilling down shows me correctly, however, exporting it displays more than 12,000 Results because of the Duplicate Categories. Removing these still shows me over 896 Results. The Qty is being displayed as 289 - The Correct QTY should be 103. Strange that the amount is showing correctly $3618.
