Export tue Rich Text data on Saved Search

Our webstoredescription field uses Rich Text field type, so the text is in BOLD or ITALICS etc.  When we export via Saved Search, we lose the formatting and just get the raw data.  Is there a way to maintain the formatting when exporting?
