Filter Child Tasks from Communication -> Tasks On Customer
I feel like I'm over thinking this, but I can't get a solution. I need to only show tasks associated with the customer record I'm on and not any tasks from child customer records.
I created a custom view with a filter criteria where I said Company (Customer Fields) Sub Of is none. This got rid of the children when looking at the parent but on the child records you don't see any tasks which makes sense given my criteria. I don't want this view to become the standard view as I'm worried about Sales being on a child record seeing no tasks and thinking there's nothing to do (forgetting to select a different view)
