Summary criteria on SO Count Item is greater than 1

I need to create a search that gives a list of SO line items where the item appears more than once on the SO.
These are all Pending Approval SO for a specific date.
My Results group by Customer and Item and Count Item.
I'm stuck on the Summary Criteria. If I enter "Count Item is greater than 1" I get 0 results.
I've tried variations of customer and item but always seem to get 0 results.
