Show Formula(Percent) field on "y" axis of Saved Search Graph

I created a saved search to show the utilization of rental units (inventory items).

The report looks good when the output is normal, but when I switch to graph it doesn't display the Formula(Percent) field on the "y" axis but rather another one of the Formula(Numeric) fields.  Is there something wrong with my formula or can percent formulas not be assigned to the "y" axis?
