browser popup alerts for Tasks and phone calls

So... I'm trying to use some of the CRM features of NetSuite and it's not going so well.

The latest problem I'm having is that the browser popup alerts seem to work.... "sometimes"...?  I did some tests today and was unable to get them to behave consistently on various machines and accounts.

Before leaving work I created a test task and setup the reminder for a few minutes away. It worked, good!

I then snoozed it for 5 minutes and this also worked, also GOOD!

Then the real test:

   1. close down browser at work
   2. go home and login
   3. Should get a popup ASAP (like Outlook)
