Scheduling Quotations & Work Orders
I would like to be able to schedule quotations and work orders, without having to do two sets of work. When I enter a quote, I'd like to be able to schedule an appointment to do the on-site visit. When I do the Work Order, I want to be able to schedule the appointment to do the work.
Right now, we have a two-three step process.
1) Prospect calls and wants to quote
2) Create an event for the initial site visit to do the quote.
3) Enter the quote
So, I'd like 2&3 in one step. When I enter the quote, with the initial data, I'd like to set the assigned to, and the date/time of the quote.
