Coloring Blocks of Time for Calendar Bookings

I have a product trainer who relies on their NS calendar and various admin people book training sessions for him. However, due to various issues his availablity is not in straight blocks of time each day but the times are consistent from day to day (e.g Monday he is available from 7:00am to 11:00am, on Tuesday it is 2:30pm to 5:30pm, Wednesday 11:30am to 2:30pm  etc). My admin team would like to have these time blocks clearly identified in NS so they know exactly what blocks of time the trainer is available. I was trying to find some way of
