Push Cases to Calendar
We use cases to handle issues with services or products like I am sure that you most of you do.
What I would really love is to be to automatically get Cases to appear on the Calendar with a date/time different from the incident date/time.
I know that you can create an event linked to the case and that that event will appear on the Calendar, but I prefer the idea of have Cases also appear on the Calendar.
Any ideas?
