Intelligent Payment Automation, powered by BILL (formerly Bill.com), lets you automate payments, manage vendor details, and bank account information within NetSuite.
The SuiteApp is available to organizations based in the U.S. with a valid U.S. address, or to global customers (except Canada, China, and Japan) with U.S. business subsidiaries. It only supports payments to vendors operating in the United States.

Can you export activities?
We will be going live with NetSuite in the next week. We have some activites (phone calls, emails, etc) that we want to keep, but will be deleted when the final Quickbooks import takes place.
What is the best practice to back-up these activities? Here are some things we have thought of and I would love feedback on the feasbility of each.
1) Use the off-line client and download all activities and then sync back to NS once we have gone live and all contacts/leads reentered.
2) Use the Show Activities button and download the PDF that is created. Once we go live add the PDF to the contact/lead. This would help us have records of previous contacts, but is less desirable than just importing those activities back to the contact/lead.
