Displaying products purchased when creating a case

edited Nov 22, 2019 5:40PM in CRM 2 comments

We are new to NetSuite and are in the process of customizing our Support Case form.

When we input a Customer's name, we want to have the items purchased by that customer appear in the Case form (to help us quickly understand what Support package they have purchased from us and what products they are using).

With our consultant, we have built a saved search but the current design requires that you have the record once you input the customer name - once saved, then a field is populated with a URL that corresponds to a saved search that has been built. You have to copy the url into another browser  in order to see the products - all of which takes time and is cumbersome.

Howdy, Stranger!
