Outlook Syncronization

Hello, we are trying to implement the Outlook Syncronization feature so that our sales agents can sync their Client & Prospect data with Outlook.  Many of them also sync their PDA to Outlook, so this would kill 2 birds with one stone - keep their Netsuite synced with Outlook, which then syncs to their PDA.

This was one of the biggest features that we were looking forward to using which would be a big "sell" to our sales reps.  Unfortunatly, it doesn't work as easily as it sounds.

Anyone have success in getting thier Outlook Sync to work properly?  Any success stories would be appreciated.
