Outlook Integration - Can't Import All Email Addresses

I have been trying to get all of our NetSuite e-mail addresses into our Outlook address books, but I can't seem to break the 1000 mark.

When I use the "Update Address Book" function I get a random sampling of 1000 records. If I then go to IntelliSync and try to update my address book that way, I will get about another 150 records. But if I go back to Outlook and use "Update Address Book" again, it will delete the new records and leave me with 1000 again. We have around 15k addresses in our database. Has anyone had a similar problem and found a way to solve it?
