Work across timezones

Has anyone found an effective way to use NS calendar + tasks while tracking for timezones?
Eg a meeting in China at 3PM could take place at 3AM EST (-/+ 1 hour allowing for daylight savings).

Some of our users travel frequently and need to use calendar with a timezone function to make their own time management 'timezone enabled'.
Others simply need to be able to assign tasks to another user from a timezone away.
