Is it possible to sync Employees?

Hello

I don't believe that this has been covered in the forums based on the search results and the help docs have been no help at all.

It appears to me that it is not possible to use Intellisync to ensure that all our employees have a list of all our employees in their palm and in outlook. I was hoping to be able to manage Employee contact info in Netsuite and push it out to users via that method.

Oh, and why is there no extension field by default in Netsuite?  Does everyone just put the phone extension directly into the "phone" field?
