Duplicate event records in NetSuite/Outlook when syncing
One of our users is reporting that she is getting duplicate calendar events being copied into NetSuite and her Outlook calendar whenever she does a sync.
When she tries to remove a calendar entry in Outlook these changes do not propagate to NetSuite but in fact the record gets doubled up in her NetSuite calendar.
I can show you the screenshots but this board doesn’t allow attachments
This is only happening for one machine only.
Also she is getting the following message when tries to do a sync.
“Failed parsing XML: Assertion failure: non midnight passed in: TIMESTAMP ‘2008-01-22 14:50:51 Australia/Sydney”
