Company Name in Outlook becomes --> OtherName in NS
I am using the Intellisync tool to load in my contacts from Outlook to NS. My Contacts get uploaded fine. But when I check the companies these contacts are attached to... the company comes up as other name, and hence I cannot attach oppurtunities or do any other Customer Functions on the company. I spoke to some one at NS, and they said that I should go into the Info tab and click the '+' sign next to other Relationships and select Customer. This solution works fine but I will have to manually go click the info tab on all
