Problem Selecting Customer to save e-mail to
I'm trying to identify a customer from NetSuite to save an e-mail to BUT when I search using either Name/ID or Company I can only see a maximum of 20 results (this is the maximum I am able to set up to view via NetSuite Options -> Preferences). I have 33 customers that match the criteria and the required one is not included in the 20 that are displayed.
I haven't been able to find a search criteria that will uniquely match with my required customer (this is the 'parent' customer, the remaining 32 customers are 'sub-customers' or 'child' customers and both the Name/ID & Company matching criteria appear to use the 'parent customer : sub customer' to match on).
