Thank you to everyone for your passion, collaboration, and support. Here’s to building an even stronger community together in the year ahead!
Season’s greetings to you and yours! As we head into the holidays (December 24 – January 4), we want to take a moment to celebrate the incredible strength and collaboration within our community. Even during the break, you can continue to benefit from connecting with peers, searching related threads, posting your questions, and marking helpful replies as “Accepted” in the Support Community.
Please note our dedicated team will be on reduced coverage during this time, and regular responsiveness will resume on January 5. Wishing you a joyful and restful holiday season!

Sync makes Public Events Private
We have had users at our company report that Events on their NS Calendars (which they sync to outlook with the Connector) have "disappeared" from both of their calendars after a sync...
As it turns out, the NetSuite/Outlook Connector was turning some NS Public Events (that multiple members of our sales team were attending & could view) into Private Events (which made the event hidden from everyone but the Organizer).
Since our Sales Prospector was the Organizer, but our Sales Team members were the attendees, it looks as though the event was cancelled as it no longer appeared on the calendar for the Sales Team member... this caused us to No Show on the meeting with the Lead and to miss out on potential sales.
