Outlook Integration: Synching Tasks to Companies
Hey all,
Has anyone found a way to save tasks created in Outlook to specific companies? Outlook doesn't have a field for this (as far as I know) and so Netsuite can't grab that info.
I thought about creating an automated mass update that would assign tasks with the company title in the name to that company, but "Company" in not one of the fields available in the Task Mass Update form. Is there a way to customize these fields? Anyway, this is not a scalable way to do it as we have thousands of customers that our reps manage through outlook.
