Outlook sync makes all events "confirmed"
We are a software company and we do a LOT of web demos for our customers. Completed vs. canceled web demos is a KEY metric for us.
Every time a sales engineer's Outlook sync kicks off it changes the status of every single event they are in to "confirmed" even if they are "canceled" or "completed" in Netsuite.
We have tried everything from changing the conflict settings, to manually selecting Netsuite during conflict resolution and noting works. Anyone else solve this issue, it makes it impossible to get accurate metrics on sales events.
