Outlook integration : icon changed to "U" and unable to save messages in Netsuite.

Hi all my users have reported today that, their netsuite icon on outlook has changed to appear as "U" and they are unable to save messages in Netsuite.

I have filed a support case has been filed 753560 along with screen shot.

We have tried to uninstall the outlook client and reinstall back. We are using outlook 2007.
